American Tomahawk Company is a US-based company which manufactures modern tomahawks for use by the US Military.

The Model 3 introduces a multi-position handle that's comfortable in full swing or when choked up for finer work. The Tennessee Hickory handle has been fashioned on a 1904 Defiance lathe that was built for Rock Island Arsenal to produce Springfield 1903 Rifles! The ax head is drop-forged 1060 carbon steel with a 4.125" cutting edge and a cutaway that allows you to choke up as high as you need to on the handle. The Model 3 comes with a leather edge cover from Chattanooga Leatherworks.
